Tenant
Build, maintain, dispute and consent-share your Rental Passport without paying.
- Build and maintain your rental history
- Add evidence and monthly payment entries
- Dispute inaccurate records
- Consent-share only for a named application

A tenant never needs a paid plan to build, maintain, dispute or consent-share their Rental Passport.

For occasional rental applications, with no monthly subscription hypothesis.

A tenant check is a landlord’s request to view a specific tenant’s Rental Passport for a specific property or rental application.
The tenant must still consent. An invitation, declined request or open-ended tenant search is not consented Passport access.
Landlords can choose a pilot plan in their dashboard. No card details are requested and no charge is made.
