PRIVATE PILOT - LEGAL REVIEW MODE. Pilot information must not be used as a live tenant acceptance or rejection decision.
Private pilot pricing

Tenants stay free. Landlords fund consented checks.

These landlord plans are pricing hypotheses for pilot feedback. Billing is not live, no payment method is collected, and choosing a plan does not buy access to any tenant.

PRIVATE PILOT / LEGAL REVIEW MODENo live billing, checkout or charges. Pilot selections are recorded only to test the pricing structure.

What counts as a tenant check?

One named tenant. One specific property application.

A tenant check is a landlord’s request to view a specific tenant’s Rental Passport for a specific property or rental application.

The tenant must still consent. An invitation, declined request or open-ended tenant search is not consented Passport access.

What a plan never buys

No tenant directory. No score. No automatic answer.

  • No unrestricted searchingLandlords cannot browse private tenant histories.
  • No good/bad tenant ratingRental Passport shows factual records, evidence, verification labels and disputes.
  • No accept/reject decisionThe landlord remains responsible for their own lawful, human decision.
