Platform Rules and Terms

Permitted use

Users may use the pilot only for genuine rental-history recordkeeping and property-specific screening tests. Information must be factual, relevant and supported where reasonably possible.

Prohibited submissions

No revenge reports, harassment, threats, protected-characteristic information, rumours, irrelevant personal details, fabricated documents or subjective labels such as “bad tenant” or “difficult person.”

No automated decision

The platform presents structured information and record status. It does not make a final tenancy decision or guarantee the accuracy, legality or predictive value of a record.

Evidence and disputes

Submitted records may be marked pending, disputed, verified, corrected or rejected. Users must cooperate with reasonable verification and correction requests.

Pilot restriction

While legal-review mode is enabled, pilot data may not be relied on as the basis for a real-world accept/reject rental decision.
